Cogeneration
Maximizing efficiency…
Careful and efficient use of resources is a wise move both for business and
for the environment. Cogeneration, also called combined heat and power (CHP)
or total energy, is the process of using a single fuel (usually fossil fuel,
at this time) to produce heat and electricity simultaneously.
EcoEnergy Engineering has been part of a number of very successful CHP
projects. We see CHP as an excellent opportunity to “get the most mileage”
out of limited fossil-fuel resources. EcoEnergy Engineering has the
electrical and mechanical engineering staff to provide an effective CHP
solution, and we can help determine if a CHP application might be right for
any new or existing facility. Contact us!
